All you need do is type in your email address into the Unroll.me webstite and then give it permission to access your email (it doesn't ask for your password). Within seconds you will see a listing of everyone that sends you bulk mail, subscriptions, newsletters, or any mass mailings. Then all you do is click the senders that you no longer want to receive mailings from and that is it.
Unroll.me will also merge all of the subscription type emails that you are keeping together so you will just get them once a day. However, you can easily specify which of these emails you want to receive directly into your inbox with just a click.

Check Unroll.me out and see how easy it is. You will be able to get through your email in half the time, depending on how many emails you delete. I deleted 80 accounts and it took just a few minutes.
